The Cupid Media Affiliate Program allows you to earn money by referring visitors from your website to one of our niche dating sites.
We provide banners and text links that you can place on your website, if a user you refer to us upgrades to a paid membership, you earn a commission. It’s a simple way to increase the revenue you make from your website.

Who can join the Cupid Media Affiliate Program?

We are looking for good quality, active websites that provide unique content to their users.
Our successful affiliates operate websites that cover topics like dating reviews, relationship advice, travel guides and other areas that complement our niche dating sites.
We don’t allow sites that are under construction, not active, parked or contain content related to online gambling, pornographic content, sexual enhancement or other objectionable content.

What does it cost to become an Affiliate?

Becoming a Cupid Media Affiliate is completely free. To sign up, you will need to complete our Affiliate signup form and then you can start earning commissions on every sale you refer.

How do I sign up to be a Cupid Media Affiliate?

You will need to complete our affiliate signup form.
After completing the form, your application will be reviewed by the affiliate Team within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email notifying you whether your application was approved or denied. Please add “affiliates@cupidmedia.com” to your safe email list to avoid missing it.

How much money can I earn as a Cupid Media Affiliate?

When a user you refer to us, upgrades from a standard membership to a paid Gold or Platinum membership on one of our sites you will be paid 75% of the initial sales price.

What qualifies as a sale/commission?

A sale is when a genuine user, you referred, upgrades from a standard membership on one of our sites to a paid Gold or Platinum membership.
We screen our sales for fraudulent activities and reserve the right to cancel sales if we deem it to be fraudulent.

What traffic sources are allowed/not allowed?

Our Affiliate program is aimed towards affiliates who are web publishers with rich, unique content. We allow paid advertising (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads etc) only if the user is sent to your own website.
An example would be advertising your dating review website. The user clicks through an ad you have placed on Facebook, gets directed to your review website with unique, rich content and then clicks on a text link or banner to come to our site.

We don’t allow the following:

• Spyware
• Adware
• Pop-up/Pop-under traffic (also known as PPV)
• Domain parking
• Typo squatting
• Cookie stuffing
• Direct linking to our sites from paid advertising including but not limited to Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads and Plenty of Fish.
• Linking to shallow landing pages from paid advertising including but not limited to Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads and Plenty of Fish.
• Bidding on Cupid Media brand names, site names, trade marks, misspellings and other variations
• Email or website spam (blog comments, forum spamming etc)
• Incentivized traffic
• URL hijacking

If you are unsure whether a traffic source or method is allowed, please email our Affiliate Team. Affiliates who violate our terms and conditions will be terminated and all commissions cancelled. We scan regularly for fraudulent or deceptive practices.

When will I be paid my commissions?

We pay our affiliates on the 12th of each month for any commissions earned in the previous month.
For example, if you earn a commission in January, it will be paid to you by February 12th.

How will I be paid my commissions?

We pay all our affiliates via CAKE Pay.
This allows affiliates to choose between bank transfers, PayPal payments, or checks for those in the United States.

Where can I find banners and text links?

All our banners and text links are inside the Cupid Media Affiliate area which you can access with your affiliate login details.

What languages are supported in the Cupid Media Affiliate Program?

We offer banners and text links for all our sites in English.
We also provide banners and text links for select sites in French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish. You can view which sites are in a certain language by visiting the site directly and viewing the languages in the top right hand corner of the home page.
We are constantly adding new languages based on market demand.
Our Affiliate interface is also available in French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish. If you prefer to use a language other than English, please email us.

How do I manage my affiliate account?

All approved affiliates are provided with login details for our affiliate area.
In the affiliate area you have access to our range of banner ads, text links as well as detailed reporting and other useful features.

Do you offer a white-label product/service?

We do not offer a white-label product/service at this time.

How do I retrieve my password?

If you have forgotten or misplaced your affiliate login password you can reset it here.

What support do you provide to affiliates?

We currently provide support via email.
We attempt to review and answer all emails within 48 hours, depending on the nature of the query. However we normally reply in less than 12 hours.
